Дипломатія міст у вирішенні глобальних викликів як прояв суб’єктності міста на міжнародній арені

У дослідженні окреслено розвиток дипломатії міста у напрямі вирішення глобальних проблем. Основна увага приділена діяльності універсальних регіональних та глобальних мереж міст на стратегічному рівні. Підтверджено, що на рівні ООН та серед самих міст виникає дедалі більш чітке усвідомлення та концептуальне закріплення суб’єктності міст, однією із ознак якої в майбутньому має стати функціонування «розумного міста» як необхідної вимоги для ефективного подолання глобальних викликів.
